This pillar is a new but vital addition to UCDFS. From #WeRaceAsOne to the creation of Racing Pride and the Hamilton Commission, inequality in motorsport is growing increasingly unacceptable. There is always more work to be done, and we strive to be a part of continual change.
As a university-based team, we represent a new generation of diverse talent. UCDFS stands united against all forms of discrimination and exclusion. We desire to collaborate with organisations which empower inclusivity, while internally seek to ensure that every member of UCDFS feels welcome and valued for their unique contributions to the team.
